光响应性吸油树脂的制备及其吸油性能研究
以甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸甲酯为聚合单体,以4,4′-双(甲基丙烯酰胺)-偶氮苯(Azo-CL-M)为光响应性交联剂,通过悬浮聚合法制备了具有光响应性和疏水性的树脂小球(Azo-OS)。利用扫描电子显微镜表征了吸油树脂的形貌,紫外可见光谱仪研究了材料的光异构化行为。测试了树脂对不同有机溶剂以及不同稀释程度的油品的吸油倍率,研究了树脂在紫外光和自然光条件下对甲苯的解吸附行为。实验结果表明,光响应性吸油树脂对不同种类有机溶剂的饱和吸附量不同,这与材料-油品之间的相似相容及溶剂化作用有关。树脂对菜籽油、煤油、原油等油品的饱和吸附量与油品的稀释程度有关,随着稀释程度的增加,树脂对几种油品的...

Lauryl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, and a short-chain methyl acrylate were used as the monomers and bis (methacryloylamino) azobenzene was used as the photoresponsive crosslinker.
