感染性指标C-反应蛋白胶体金检测法的初步建立
采用C-反应蛋白（CRP）单克隆配对抗体进行标记、包被,制成胶体金免疫层析试纸条,通过定值血清标定,制成有明显梯度显色的配套比色卡,并对其符合率、稳定性、精密性等进行检测,实现了对CRP的半定量检测.结果表明,该方法具有较高的稳定性、精密性、重复性,与乳胶比浊法平行比较检测100份临床血清,两者符合率达98%,初步建立的半定量CRP胶体金检测法,具有操作简捷、结果清晰明了、无需特殊实验设备辅助等优点....
