长白山复序橐吾花挥发油化学成分的分析

以复序橐吾花为试验材料,采用水蒸气蒸馏法对挥发油进行提取,通过GC—MS联用技术对其挥发性成分进行分析鉴定,利用峰面积归一化法计算各化合物的相对质量分数。结果表明,从复序橐吾花挥发油中分离得到49个色谱峰,共鉴定出39个化合物,占挥发油总量的94.80%,主要化学成分为4-蒈烯(26.534%)、D-柠檬烯(13.325%)、l-甲苯基-乙酮(7.231%)、α,α,4-三甲基-3-环己烯-1-甲醇(6.379%)、β-水芹烯(5.700%)。...

In the experiment the essential oils of the herb were extracted with steam distillation and chemical components were identified by GC-MS. The components were quantitatively determined with the normalization method and identified results showed by columns area. As a result, 49 peaks were detected, among which 39 compounds had been identified, which made up 94.80% of the total volatile oil, in which the main chemical components of L. jaluensis are 4-Carene(26.534%), D-Limonene (13.325%) and Ethanone, 1-(methylphenyl) (7.231%), 3-Cyclohexene-l-methanol,.alpha.,.alpha.4-trime- thy (6.379%), beta.-Phellandren(5.700%).
