永磁交流伺服系统定位末端抖动抑制

针对伺服驱动系统中,由负载和电机之间存在的弹性连接装置引起的定位末端抖动现象,提出一种抑制定位末端抖动的滤波方法,根据系统振动信息来合理配置陷波滤波器参数,消除位置给定中振动频率的成分,从而抑制位置环定位末端抖动。同时针对常规滤波方法引起的系统相位滞后、位置频响降低问题,提出一种改进方法,通过加入一个补偿环节解决了相位滞后的问题,从而达到既能抑制位置末端抖动又能快速定位的效果。最后,仿真和实验结果证明了该滤波算法的有效性。...

To solve the positioning vibration caused by elastic transmission mechanisms which existed be- tween load and motor in PMAC servo system, vibration suppression with notch filter was adopted. Filter can eliminate the given position component of vibration frequency and suppress the end vibration in posi- tion loop. Meanwhile, to compensate phase delay imported by the filter, an improved approach was pro- posed. As a result, positioning vibration is suppressed without phase delay. The effectiveness of the pro- posed approach is proved by simulation and experiment.
