永磁交流伺服系统定位末端抖动抑制
针对伺服驱动系统中,由负载和电机之间存在的弹性连接装置引起的定位末端抖动现象,提出一种抑制定位末端抖动的滤波方法,根据系统振动信息来合理配置陷波滤波器参数,消除位置给定中振动频率的成分,从而抑制位置环定位末端抖动。同时针对常规滤波方法引起的系统相位滞后、位置频响降低问题,提出一种改进方法,通过加入一个补偿环节解决了相位滞后的问题,从而达到既能抑制位置末端抖动又能快速定位的效果。最后,仿真和实验结果证明了该滤波算法的有效性。...

Filter can eliminate the given position component of vibration frequency and suppress the end vibration in posi- tion loop. Meanwhile, to compensate phase delay imported by the filter, an improved approach was pro- posed. As a result, positioning vibration is suppressed without phase delay. The effectiveness of the pro- posed approach is proved by simulation and experiment. |
