健康体检成人FibroScan检测肝脏硬度值与年龄、性别的相关性

目的界定正常人群肝脏硬度值参考范围及探讨年龄、性别对肝脏硬度值的影响。方法收集2012年10月1日-（-2）014年10月31日于中国石油天然气集团公司中心医院进行体检的健康人群1794例,经Fibro Scan进行肝脏硬度值（LSM）检测。因LSM的分布不服从正态分布,采用Wilcoxon秩和检验比较不同性别组间LSM;采用Kruskal-Wallis检验比较不同年龄段间LSM,采用Spearman秩相关分析LSM与年龄的相关性;采用单侧百分位法制订性别、年龄段的正常参考值范围。结果其中1590例LSM测定成功有效,有效率为88.63%,107例因肝功能异常被剔除,经分析发现男性受试者LSM...

Summary:目的界定正常人群肝脏硬度值参考范围及探讨年龄、性别对肝脏硬度值的影响。方法收集2012年10月1日-（-2）014年10月31日于中国石油天然气集团公司中心医院进行体检的健康人群1794例,经Fibro Scan进行肝脏硬度值（LSM）检测。因LSM的分布不服从正态分布,采用Wilcoxon秩和检验比较不同性别组间LSM;采用Kruskal-Wallis检验比较不同年龄段间LSM,采用Spearman秩相关分析LSM与年龄的相关性;采用单侧百分位法制订性别、年龄段的正常参考值范围。结果其中1590例LSM测定成功有效,有效率为88.63%,107例因肝功能异常被剔除,经分析发现男性受试者LSM高于女性受试者,男女间比较LSM差异有统计学意义（Z=-4.980,P〈0.001）;不同年龄段间LSM差异亦有统计学意义（χ-2=16.983,P=0.001）,并证实年龄与LSM呈正相关（r=0.087,P=0.001）,参考范围（P90）估计：成人≤7.1 k Pa,女性≤7.0 k Pa,男性≤7.2 k Pa;按年龄划分20-29岁≤6.8 k Pa,30-44岁≤6.7 k Pa,45-59岁≤7.8 k Pa,60-74岁≤8.8 k Pa。结论 LSM受年龄、性别影响,在体检人群中应用时需根据年龄、性别参考相应的医学参考值范围。

Objective To determine the reference range of liver stiffness in healthy population,and to investigate the influence of age and sex on liver stiffness.
