Lilium pumilum; Lilium cernuum; shading; growth and development; anatomical characteristic
This experiment was investigated the change rule on growth, anatomical structure and photosynthetic pigment content of Lilium pumilum and Lilium cemuum under different shading treatments. The results showed that the plant height, leaf area, plant heightstem diameter and chlorophyll content of two species were all higher than that of the control, however, the ratio of DW/FW was all lower than that of the control. The leaf thickness, spongy tissue, palisade tissue of Lilium pumilum was higher than that of the control after shading. In contrast, Lilium cemuum was lower.
