胚胎监测仪延时摄像间隔时间对体外受精胚胎发育的影响
目的观察胚胎监测仪延时摄像间隔时间对体外受精胚胎发育的影响。方法选取行体外受精治疗的受试者24对,获得168个受精胚胎,随机分为A、B、C、D组,每组42个胚胎。四组胚胎均在CO_2培养箱中,在37℃、6%CO_2条件下连续培养6 d并进行观察。采用Primo vision胚胎监测仪观察各组胚胎的发育过程,A、B、C、D组的拍摄时间间隔分别为5、10、15、20 min。胚胎监测结束后,找到每个胚胎对应的监测照片和模拟视频。记录胚胎多细胞发育所需时间,观察完成受精操作60 h时胚胎发育情况,计算各组形成优质胚胎和囊胚的比例,记录各组胚胎初次分裂的卵裂模式。结果 A组胚胎发育到5细胞所需时间长于...
