Casein Kinase II in Theileriosis

East Coast fever, caused by the parasite Theileria parva, is an acute, leukemia-like disease that strikes many livestock in Africa. Researchers have discovered evidence for the contributing role of casein kinase II alpha in oncogenic transformation of the disease.
