永磁同步电机无传感器控制及其启动策略
为了实现永磁同步电机的无速度传感器矢量控制,采用改进的磁链观测器法,用低通滤波环节代替纯积分环节,减小了初值误差及直流偏置误差,同时在极坐标系下对定子磁链幅值及相位进行补偿,实现转速和转子位置的准确估算。针对带载情况下无法自启动的问题,采用I-f控制自启动方法,避免了启动过程中出现过流情况。设计了一种新的切换方式,给定坐标角度按加权函数切换至位置观测值,同时相应改变定子电流给定值,保证电机平滑可靠地从I-f控制方式切换为矢量控制方式。实验表明,控制系统能够可靠稳定运行,切换过程平滑,控制性能良好。...

A low-pass filter was used instead of a pure inte-grator, which reduced the errors caused by the initial value and DC offset.
