2株耐高温野生柱状田头菇的鉴定及系统发育地位研究
为了鉴定2株从四川省成都市法国梧桐树干上采集到的耐高温野生大型真菌,为其开发利用与驯化栽培奠定基础。在形态学特征观察的同时提取了子实体基因组总DNA,并对其模板进行ITS序列的扩增、测序及系统发育地位分析,并将形态学特征和系统发育地位结合来鉴定其准确分类。结果表明:从形态学上可初步鉴定2个菌株均为伞菌目(Agaricales)球盖菇科(Strophariaceae)田头菇属(Agrocybe)大型真菌;系统发育地位研究进一步确定2株野生大型真菌为柱状田头菇。结合形态学和分子生物学的方法能准确对柱状田头菇进行分类和鉴定,能显著提高大型野生真菌鉴定的准确率。...
