青少年正畸患者心理特点分析
目的 探讨青少年正畸患者心理特征及施治对策。方法 选取2013年1月至2015年5月在兰州市口腔医院正畸科就诊的正畸患者60例作为研究组,同期选取在校中学生58例作为对照组。正畸前后进行2次问卷调查,分析患者心理因素变化及其特征。结果 研究组患者正畸前症状自评量表（SCL）-90的强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑等因素得分均明显高于对照组,正畸后SCL-90的9个因素得分均有所下降,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对患者进行耐心辅导、加强教育、提高医生素养及医学伦理教育,减轻了患者心理负担,有助于患者配合治疗,从而提高治疗成功率。...
