两株野生侧耳属菌株鉴定及生物学特性研究

Two wild strains(we record as strain1 and strain2) of Pleurotus,collected on different hosts in Jilin Province were identified as Pleurotus pulmonarius based on morphological and molecular evidence. Biological characters of the two strains were also studied. The results showed that the best conditions for the mycelia of strain1 were sucrose,potassium nitrate,p H 6 and sucrose,ammonium sulfate,p H 7 for strain2.
