都市边缘区农地使用权流转空间特征、内部结构及制度创新——以广州市白云区为例
以镇村为基本尺度,运用空间插值模型,分析以大规模流转为表征的农地市场发育空间集聚与分散特征及其演化机制,结果发现:2009—2013年,研究区域以大规模流转为表征的农地市场化程度介于35.24%-37.64%之间;农地市场连片高值区域呈现由2009年的中北部集聚向中南部集聚过渡,并向周边扩散的格局;流转方式以出租为主,转包为辅,两者之和超过90%,但通过股份合作形式的流转比重快速增长,表明在外部需求下农民财产权的觉醒;农地所有权及承包经营权均向村组集中,承包经营权被分离为承包权和经营权,促进了农地的大规模流转。...

Bibliography: | 44-1267/S Based on the agricultural land large scale circulation of towns and villages in urban fringe, the spatial agglomeration and dispersion characteristics were studied, and its evolution was calculated by the spatial interpolation mode from 2009 to 2013. The results indicated that the marketization degree of agricultural land large scale circulation was between 35.24% and 37.64% from 2009 to 2013. The contiguous high value region was garthing in the central and north of the study area in 2009, but which was expanded to southern in 2013, and spreaded to its surrandings. There were four main kinds of agricultural land circulution, the leasing and metathesis ones acconted for more than 90%, but the stock cooperative system one grew rapidly, indicating that the peasants were awakening of their land property right.
