Objective:To explore the ultrasonographic features of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)related liver diseases. Methods:From June 2014 to March 2016,38 patients with AIDS-related liver diseases were enrolled in this retrospective study. All the patients' pathology was confirmed by ultrasound guided biopsy. The ultrasonographic features of these diseases were reviewed and analyzed.Results:AIDS-related liver diseases mainly include liver enlargement, hepatic tuberculosis, liver abscess, hepatic lymphoma, hepatocellular carcinoma and metastatic liver cancer. The main differences of ultrasonographic features between AIDS patients and non-AIDS patients were as follows:the bacterial infection was more oft
