不同糯性高粱光合物质积累特点及源库关系分析
试验选取当前生产上较有代表性的非糯、半糯和糯高粱杂交种为试材,对光合物质积累、干物质积累、运输和分配等方面的特征特点进行了比较与分析。结果表明,灌浆期净光合速率(Photo)表现为非糯〉半糯〉糯;糯和半糯高粱干物质积累潜力较大,较非糯高粱还有一定的发展空间;干物质平均积累速率表现为非糯〉半糯〉糯,非糯高粱比半糯和糯的平均值分别高出3.85%和6.93%;茎鞘物质转化率非糯比半糯和糯分别高出56.33%和169.06%;非糯、半糯和糯高粱灌浆速率均呈"慢-快-慢"的"S"曲线变化,符合罗蒂斯蒂方程;非糯高粱灌浆速率较快,灌浆时期更为集中;干物质在茎秆中的比率半糯〉非糯〉糯;在籽粒中的比率糯〉半糯...
