毛木耳子实体发育相关cDNA差异显示分析
以毛木耳菌丝、耳基和耳片为供试材料,采用3’-c DNA限制性片段展示方法,获得3个阶段c DNA表达谱,对大于100 bp的18个c DNA片段使用blastx程序与非冗余蛋白数据库(non-redundant protein sequence)进行同源性比对。结果表明,有6个序列能够分别与NCBI数据库中的新孢子虫假定蛋白、水霉菌Aphanomyces invadans蛋白TAR1、微绿球藻核糖体RNA反义转录序列、双孢蘑菇、糙皮侧耳、皱木耳假定蛋白匹配蛋白质相匹配,并且E值≤5×10-8,表明序列匹配良好,实验方法可行,能够作为毛木耳等食用菌功能基因研究手段之一。...
