干旱对烤烟光合特性的影响研究

以盆栽的云烟87和K326为试验材料,在团棵期、旺长期、现蕾期分别进行不同时间(0-16 d)的干旱处理,研究了干旱对烤烟光合特性的影响。结果表明:随着干旱处理时间的延长,云烟87和K326的气孔导度、蒸腾速率、净光合速率均呈现下降趋势,而胞间CO2浓度则表现出先显著下降然后有所回升的趋势;随着干旱时间的增加,云烟87的叶绿素含量呈降低趋势,而K326的叶绿素含量呈先下降后上升的趋势;云烟87受干旱影响后的光合特性表现总体上略优于K326。...

The potted flue-cured tobacco varieties Yunyan 87 and K326 were used as test materials,drought stress treatments for different time(0-16 d)were conducted respectively at their resetting stage,vigorous growing stage and squaring stage,and the influence of drought stress on the photosynthetic characteristics of flue-cured tobacco was studied. When drought stress time pro-longed,the stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,and net photosynthetic rate of two varieties all showed a decreased tendency, while their intercellular CO2 concentration decreased significantly and then increased slightly. As drought treatment time increased, the chlorophyll content in Yunyan 87 revealed a declining trend,while that in K326 reduced first and then rose. After being influ-enced by drought stress,Yunyan 87 had a slightly better general performance in photosynthetic characteristics than K326.
