基于声音判别的变压器偏磁无线报警装置设计

变压器直流偏磁会导致变压器噪声增加、铁心过热等危害,对变压器和电网安全运行极为不利.快速、准确地检测出变压器偏磁是解决偏磁对变压器本体、电力系统运行危害的首要任务.用测量变压器中性点电流的方式来检测直流偏磁装置具有成本高、结构复杂、故障时影响变压器运行等不足.利用变压器偏磁时运行声音增大这个显著特征,采用声音采集模块、西门子TC35模块和S7-200 PLC,设计出能够监测变压器直流偏磁的无线报警装置.试验和使用效果表明,该装置具有报警准确、安装方便等特点....

Bibliography:Power transformer D.C. magnetic biasing could contribute to noise increase and iron core overheating, etc., which is in disfavor of the safe operation of transformer and power grid. The top priority to settle the detriment on transformer ontology and electric power system operation thrown by D.C. magnetic biasing is to detect out D.C. magnetic biasing of transformer quickly and exactly. To measure D.C. bias magnetic device, the way of measuring the neutral point current which is highly-priced and com- pletely-structured needs to further improve its optimization. To work out wireless alarm device monitoring transformer D.C bias, sound acquisition module, Siemens TC35 module and S7-200 PLC are employed in this paper, accompanied by the adoption of the marked feature - running voice in the transformer D.C bias. It is suggested by the experiment and effects in use that this device is featured by alarming accurately and installing conveniently, etc.
