中药超声导入联合机械振动排痰辅助治疗AECOPD疗效分析

Summary:目的:观察中药超声导入联合机械振动排痰辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的疗效及安全性。方法选取2015年10~12月重庆医科大学附属第二医院收治的60例AECOPD患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为常规治疗组(32例)和中药超声导入联合机械振动排痰治疗组(试验组,28例),比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生率,分析中药超声导入联合机械振动排痰对治疗该类疾病的疗效及安全性。结果试验组患者住院时间、临床症状及体征消失时间均短于常规治疗组,且治疗总有效率[96.43%(27/28)]高于常规治疗组[78.13%(25/32)],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后第1、2、3天痰液性状比较,试验组患者痰液排出量较常规治疗组明显增多,痰液干质量/湿质量及黏度均较常规治疗组降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后第3、7天二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)和动脉血氧分压(PaO2)均较常规治疗组显著改善,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);在治疗过程中两组患者均未发生不良反应。结论中药超声导入联合机械振动排痰法对辅助治疗AECOPD的疗效确切、安全可靠。
