取代咪唑并[1,2-a]吡啶-2-羧酸的合成与表征

通过比较文献报道的方法,解决其中存在的各种限制条件,对原有取代咪唑并[1,2-a]吡啶-2-羧酸的合成方法进行改进,建立产品合成的新方法,并运用核磁、红外、质谱等手段对其结构进行表征。同时进一步通过改变反应条件、合成路线等方法,使各个种类中间体的制备工艺均具有普遍性,从而具有实际应用价值,为其在药物合成领域的应用提供可行的途径。...
