添加生物炭对土壤酶活性的影响

为了探明添加生物炭对土壤酶活性的影响,以花生壳为原料在450℃条件下制备生物炭,通过向土壤中添加不同量的生物炭进行室内培养,对土壤中蔗糖酶、脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性的动态变化进行了分析。结果表明:添加生物炭对土壤蔗糖酶和脲酶活性有显著的促进作用,尤其是高水平添加量对2种酶的促进作用显著高于中低水平添加量;生物炭对土壤过氧化氢酶活性的影响表现为前期抑制后期促进,其促进作用弱于蔗糖酶和脲酶,中低水平的生物炭添加量对过氧化氢酶的促进作用显著高于高水平添加量。...
