施用微生物菌剂对土壤关键酶活性和烤烟根系生长的影响

为了改善土壤微环境并优化微生物菌剂适宜用量,采用盆栽试验,设置4个处理,研究了不同处理对土壤关键酶活性和烤烟根系生长的影响,结果表明:T1、T2、T3处理较对照(CK)均不同程度地提高了土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性,以T1处理对土壤蔗糖酶活性增加效果最为显著,T2处理对土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶活性增加效果最为显著。施用微生物菌剂处理的烤烟根系活力均高于CK,且以T2处理效果最好。施用微生物菌剂处理的烤烟根、茎、叶干重、根冠比均高于CK,且以T2处理的处理效果最好。因此,T1、T2处理改善烤烟土壤酶活性效果较好,T2处理改善烤烟根系活力和烤烟根、茎、叶干重、根冠比的效果较好,T3处理次之。...
