热风-太阳能结合干燥加工龙眼干的工艺研究
利用热风干燥结合太阳能干燥的方式加工龙眼干,对比在不同温度、干燥时间以及物料装载量的条件下加工的龙眼干品质,通过正交试验优化热风初烘与太阳能复烘的工艺参数.结果表明,最优工艺参数为:龙眼物料装载量200 g,热风初烘温度55℃,初烘时间16h,太阳能复烘时间8h....

Bibliography: | 44-1267/S Longan was dried by combined air-drying and solar drying. By comparing the quality of dried longan, the processing parameters including temperature, drying time and loading were optimized by orthogonal test.
