The genetic variation and relationship of 20 mango germplasms were analyzed by SRAP and ISSR molecular markers in order to provide references for the identification of mango germplasm resources and breeding selection of parents. In SRAP analysis, from 80 pairs of primers,12 pairs of primers were selected and 224 bands were amplified. Each primer combination amplified polymorphism belt in 13- 21,with the average of 18. 7. There were 194 polymorphic bands, with the average of 16. 2. Polymorphism ratio was 86. 61 %. The genetic similarity coefficient of materials was 0. 54- 0. 94. In the ISSR analysis, from 100 primers,10 primers amplified 179 bands. Each primer amplified bands from 11 to 20,with an average of 17. 9,of which 153 were polymorphic bands. The average polymorphism was 15. 3 and polymorphic ratio was 85. 35 %. The genetic similarity coefficient of m
