哈茨木霉gz-2菌株在土壤中的定殖规律研究
为了明确拮抗木霉在土壤中的定殖动态,采用稀释分离法,测试了木霉gz-2菌株随时间推移在土壤中垂直及水平方向的数量变化情况。结果表明,在垂直方向上,26 cm深度以内,gz-2菌株的定殖数量总体呈先上升后下降的趋势,深度越深,其数量达到峰值的时间越短;深度超过28 cm,其数量不再上升;56 d内,gz-2菌株的最大定殖深度为40 cm。在水平方向上,gz-2菌株呈阶梯式扩散模式,其定殖数量总体呈先上升后下降趋势,并在接种后第35 d达到峰值;63 d内,最大定殖半径为24 cm。土壤含水量和p H对gz-2菌株在土壤中定殖数量的影响测试结果表明,当土壤含水量为25%,pH为7.8时,该菌株在土...

Bibliography: | Trichoderma; Colonization; Soil moisture; pH 51-1213/S In order to determine the colonization dynamics of Trichoderma in soil,the quantity change of T. harzianum strain gz-2 was determined by dilution isolation in vertical and horizontal direction of soil with time changed. The results showed that,in vertical direction of soil,the colonization amount of strain gz-2 above the depth of 26 cm tended to increase first and then decreased,the amount of strain gz-2 reaching peak was the deeper the earlier. When the depth was over 28 cm,the amount of strain gz-2 increased no longer. The maximum depth of colonization was 40 cm in 56 days. Strain gz-2 was spread with stepwise model in horizontal direction of soil,its colonization amount tended to increase first and then decreased,and reached the peak at 35 days.
