增施钾肥对烟叶中镉含量的影响
烤烟是中国重要的经济作物之一,K是公认的烟草品质元素,钾肥施用是烟草生产的重要措施之一。Cd是一种生物毒性重金属,近年来,植物中Cd富集备受关注。本研究以烤烟主栽品种K326为对象,在云南不同生态条件的典型烤烟种植区进行田间试验,研究了增施不同含量及用量的硫酸钾对烤烟生长、初烤烟叶化学品质以及Cd含量变化的影响。结果表明,随钾肥施用量增加,株高、留叶数、茎围较常规种植有所增加,以75 kg/hm^2的较好;烟叶的总糖、还原糖、钾含量也增加,烟碱及总氮下降;有效含量高的钾肥效果更好;不同试验点的结果具有一致性;Cd在初烤烟叶中的含量与种植土壤中的含量以及烟叶生长部位有关,一般下部叶〉中部叶〉上部...

Bibliography: | 51-1213/S Tobacco is one of the most important economic crops, and potassium is the main quality element in tobacco leaf. Application po- tassium fertilizer is a necessary measure in tobacco production. Cd is a heavy metal with hiotoxicity. Nowadays, the Cd residue in plants has attracted much attention. In this study, the field experiments were conducted in typical zones of tobacco planting areas of Yunnan Province to study the effect of increased potassium (K) fertilizer~ on agronomic attributes, chemical components and Cd residues of flue-cured tobac- co. The results showed that increasing the rate d potassium fertilizer has significant effect on increasing plant growth such as plant height, leaf numbers and stem girth, and the best rate was observed at 75 kg/hm2 , while increasing the contents of total sugar, reducing sugar, po- tassium and decreasing nicotine and total nitrogen, and the higher content d K2O in potassium had better effects.
