西藏尼木山羊自然感染东毕吸虫沉积虫卵分布与病理情况调查
【目的】研究西藏尼木县自然感染东毕吸虫山羊,虫卵在脏器中的分布与病理变化情况。【方法】解剖自然放牧的东毕吸虫阳性山羊,采集脏器(十二指肠、小肠上段、小肠中段、小肠下段、盲肠、结肠、直肠)显微镜下虫卵计数并观察病理变化。【结果】山羊自然感染东毕吸虫数量为1435±231.5,在脏器中,小肠中段的EPG最高,其次为盲肠和十二指肠,东毕吸虫虫卵在各脏器中的分布百分比是:十二指肠(3.50%)、小肠上段(12.57%)、小肠中段(56.41%)、小肠下段(0.52%)、盲肠(18.83%)、结肠(0.00%)、直肠(0.01%)、肝脏(8.16%)、脾脏(0.00%),小肠中段沉积的虫卵数与其他各组织...

Bibliography: | [ Objective] The study aims to study the distribution characteristics of deposited eggs and pathological changes in the viscera of goat naturally infected with Orientobilharzia. [ Methods ] Goat naturally infected with Orientobilharzia in Nimu county of Tibet were sacri? ced and the number of worms were counted. Meanwhile, the goat' s livers, spleens and intestines ( duodenum, the upper, middle and lower sec- tion of the small intestine, cecum, colon, and rectums) were separated to observe the egg and pathological change under microscope. [ Re- sults ] There were 1435 + 231.5 adult worms found in the naturally infected goat. Among all the viscera observed, the middle small intestine had the largest number of eggs per gram, followed by those in duodenum and in cecum.
