社区干预对老年心血管疾病患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响

目的探讨社区干预对老年心血管疾病患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响效果。方法 2014年5月至2015年6月选取滨州市某乡镇年龄大于或等于60岁老年人为研究对象,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对老年心血管疾病患者102例(干预组)及健康体检老年人103例(对照组)进行评分并统计分析。干预组实施社区干预3个月,复查SAS和SDS评分。结果干预组焦虑、抑郁发生率[45.1%(46/102)、40.2%(41/102)]均明显高于对照组[20.4%(21/103)、17.5%(18/103)],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);社区干预3个月后,干预组SAS、SDS评分均较干预前降低,差异...

Bibliography:Objective To investigate the effect of community intervention on anxiety and depression in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease. Methods A total of 102 elderly patients with cardiovascular disease(intervention group)aged 60 years old or more and 103 elderly persons undergoing the physical examination(control group)in a township of Binzhou city From May 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the research subjects and evaluated by adopting the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) for conducting statistical analysis. The intervention group was implemented the 3-month community intervention. Then SAS and SDS scores were re-measured.
