不同覆膜栽培对马铃薯土壤酶活性和土壤微生物的影响

为探讨适合宁夏南部雨养农业区马铃薯栽培的覆膜方式,本研究采用室内分析和田间试验相结合的方法,探究了起垄垄上覆膜、平作行上覆膜和露地平播3种不同覆膜方式对土壤酶活性、土壤微生物数量以及马铃薯产量的影响。结果表明:覆膜有利于提高土壤微生物数量、土壤酶活性以及马铃薯产量。其中微生物数量均表现为放线菌〉细菌〉真菌;土壤酶活性表现为尿酶〉蔗糖酶〉过氧化氢酶。土壤微生物数量与土壤酶活性的变化趋势基本一致,呈正相关关系;放线菌、尿酶、过氧化氢酶与马铃薯产量呈极显著正相关。据此认为:覆膜栽培有利于土壤进行生物化学反应,而起垄垄上覆膜栽培模式最有利于雨养农业区马铃薯土壤微生物生长、土壤酶活性以及马铃薯产量的提高...

The experiments,combining laboratory analysis and field experiments,were conducted to study soil enzyme activity,the number of soil microorganism and potato yield under the different film-covering modes( the ridge mulched by film,ridge culture mulched by film,harrowed bedding planting with film mulching and traditional planting) and to identify the best film-covering mode of the tillage potato in southern Ningxia rained agricultural regions.
