分析了当前国内蔬菜溯源的研究现状和技术进展,从规模化、产业链完整的企业入手,通过对＂基地＋配送中心＋专营店＂的供应链模式的深入剖析,设计了标准化溯源生产档案,提出了蔬菜供应链全程溯源模型,融合物联网技术、二维码技术、Web技术搭建了蔬菜产品质量安全溯源系统,实现了蔬菜产品产销全程可追溯的目标,为企业安全生产和信息化管理提供了有效保障。...
