9个晚籼稻品种在红壤中的耐酸性鉴定及有关保护酶活性的变化
为了研究水稻耐酸特性,选择9个已在江西省推广的晚籼稻品种,分别在填入了水稻土和酸性红壤的水池中种植,测定了过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)等保护酶活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量等生理指标,考察了株高、产量等农艺性状。结果表明,不同品种生理指标存在差异。酸胁迫下CAT活性和MDA含量降低,SOD活性升高,POD活性无明显变化规律。MDA含量的变化与3种保护酶活性各自间均无明显关联,但可能受到它们的共同影响。酸胁迫下各品种农艺性状呈现不同程度的变异,POD活性、MDA含量与单株产量变异幅度显著相关,可以用于评价水稻耐酸特性。综合看来,天丰优6418、深优957和跃新...
