水稻抗褐飞虱与白背飞虱研究进展
S511; 稻飞虱已成为水稻生产中为害最严重的虫害之一,对我国粮食生产安全构成严重威胁.文章综述了水稻与褐飞虱、白背飞虱间相互作用的相同和不同之处,包括蛋白酶水平、氨基酸种类、生理抗性机制及抗性基因鉴定方面的差异;并介绍了抗稻飞虱主效基因的图位克隆、抗性分子机理、稻褐飞虱致害基因的定位与克隆、基因组测序等方面的研究进展,建议今后需要进一步加强对抗稻白背飞虱的分子生物学研究,为有效防控该害虫提供参考....

Bibliography: | 45-1381/S Rice planthopper, one of the most serious pests in rice production, had threatened seriously grain production security in China. The present study was conducted to review similarities and differences of interactions between rice and two species of planthoppers viz., brown planthopper(Nilaparvata lugens Stal; BPH) and white-backed planthopper (Sogatella fureifera Horveth, WBPH), respectively. The research contents included differences in protease level, amino acid types, physiological resistance mechanism and resistant gene identification, Moreover, the relevant research progresses were introduced, including map-based clone of major resistant genes to rice planthopper, molecular resistance mechanism, mapping and cloning of brown planthoppers' virulent genes, and genome sequencing. Based on achieved research progresses, it suggested that it should strength molecular biological studies of rice white-backed planthopper, so as to provide reference for controling pests effectivity.
