2011～2012年广西甘蔗品种区试百色试点报告

【目的】对供试甘蔗品种的特征特性进行全面比较,为本蔗区甘蔗新品种推广和广西甘蔗品种审定提供依据。【方法】以11个甘蔗新品种为材料,进行田间两年新植和一年宿根的区域品比试验,比较各品种的丰产性、宿根性和抗性等。【结果】供试甘蔗品种两年新植的平均出苗率61.41%~79.13%,一年宿根发株率102.32%~155.15%;分蘖率34.63%~90.63%,平均单茎重1.508~1.908 kg,田间有效茎数64239~74222条/ha;平均蔗茎产量86.005~122.769 t/ha,平均蔗糖分14.11%~15.04%;平均含糖量12.163~17.448 t/ha,其中GT03-2287...

Summary:【目的】对供试甘蔗品种的特征特性进行全面比较,为本蔗区甘蔗新品种推广和广西甘蔗品种审定提供依据。【方法】以11个甘蔗新品种为材料,进行田间两年新植和一年宿根的区域品比试验,比较各品种的丰产性、宿根性和抗性等。【结果】供试甘蔗品种两年新植的平均出苗率61.41%~79.13%,一年宿根发株率102.32%~155.15%;分蘖率34.63%~90.63%,平均单茎重1.508~1.908 kg,田间有效茎数64239~74222条/ha;平均蔗茎产量86.005~122.769 t/ha,平均蔗糖分14.11%~15.04%;平均含糖量12.163~17.448 t/ha,其中GT03-2287、GT04-1001、GT05-3084和LC04-359等4个品种的含糖量比ROC22（CK）增产,增幅0.72%~10.30%;螟虫为害枯心率为1.94%~4.43%,黑穗病感病率为0.16%~4.48%。大部分供试甘蔗品种表现为较快的生长速度、株型直立、较强的抗旱性、较容易脱叶、无空心和绵心、少气根,但抗寒性、抗倒性一般,总体表现较好的甘蔗品种有GT03-2287、GT04-1001、GT05-3084、LC04-359。【结论】GT04-1001、GT03-2287和GT05-3084等3个品种的蔗茎产量、蔗糖分和含糖量等性状优于或相当于对照ROC22,宿根性、脱叶性及抗性等综合性状好,建议推荐审定并在本蔗区进一步扩大试验和示范种植。

Objective】The traits of tested sugarcane varieties were comprehensively compared to provide references for popularization in Baise sugarcane areas and certification of Guangxi sugarcane varieties. 【Method】Comprehensive properties performances of the 11 tested varieties such as yielding ability, ratoon cane and resistance were compared in 2-year-newplanting and 1-year-ratoon-cane. 【Result】Emergence rate of new planting varieties was 61.41%-79.13%. Ratoon cane emergence rate was 102.32%-155.15%. Tillering rate was 34.63%-90.63%. Single stalk weight was 1.508-1.908 kg. Field available stalk number was 64239-74222 plant/ha. Cane yield was 86.005-122.769 t/ha. Mean sucrose content was 14.11%-15.04%. Mean sugar yield was 12.163-17.448 t/ha. Sugar yield of the four varieties（GT03-2287, GT04-1001,GT05-3084 and LC04-359） was higher than that of ROC22（CK） with the increment of 0.72%-10.3%. Withered heart rate was 1.94%-4.43%.
