In order to study the effects of different physiological races of flee blast fungus on different resistance of rice materials of different yield traits, the sundry physiologic races of spores of Magnaporthe grisea were used to inoculate the restore line R725, R720 and R727 at booting stage of rice. The results showed that each of the physiological raees of flee blast fungus could cause reduction of flee output. Among them, ZA5 had the greatest effect on the R725 ; ZC8 had the greatest effect on the R720 ; ZA17 had the greatest effect on R727. Multi factor regression equation showed that after inoculating the Magnaporthe grisea, setting percentage and 1000 grain weight was a major factor limiting the
