基于组合赋权法的农村低压配电网能效综合评价方法

为能够深入了解农村低压配电网整体能效情况,在分析配电网节能指标现状的基础上,建立了农村低压配电网能效评价指标体系和综合评价模型。首先,依据相关标准规范,从电网结构、电网设备、电能质量等方面建立了一套适合农村低压配电网能效特点的评价指标体系;然后,确定了单项能效指标的计算方法并提出了基于主成分分析与层次分析法相结合的农村低压配电网能效综合评价模型,该方法克服了单一赋权法的不足,实现了能效指标的客观性与专家定性分析的主观性的有机结合,使评估结果更加合理;最后,通过算例验证了评价方法的有效性和可行性,对今后中国农村低压配电网实施节电改造和节能考核提供参考。...
