共聚氯醚再生胶/氯丁橡胶并用胶的性能

将共聚氯醚再生胶(RECO)和氟丁橡胶(CR)并用,考察了不同RECO用量下并用胶的硫化特性、物理机械性能、耐磨性能、耐热空气及臭氧老化性能、耐油性能及耐酸碱性能。结果表明,随着RECO用量的增加,RECO在CR中可起到一定的增塑作用,并用胶的焦烧时间和正硫化时间均延长,拉伸强度、100%定伸应力、邵尔A硬度和耐磨性能均降低,耐热空气老化性能和耐油性能提高,但耐臭氧老化性能没有变化,耐硫酸性能略有下降,耐碱性能先提高后下降;综合考虑,RECO用量宜为40~60份。...

Reclaimed epichlorodrin copolymer (RECO) and chloroprene rubber (CR) were blen- ded, and the effects of RECO amount on the curing characteristics, mechanical properties, wear resist- ance, thermal air aging resistance and ozone aging resistance, oil resistance, and acid and alkali resist- ance of RECO/CR blends were investigated. The re- sults showed that with increasing RECO amount, RECO had some plasticizing effect on CR, the scorch time and optimum cure time of RECO/CR blends extended, the tensile strength, modulus at 100%, Shore A hardness and wear resistance de- creased, thermal air aging resistance and oil resist- ance were improved, while ozone aging resistance had no change, acid resistance decreased slightly, and alkali resistance increased first and then de- creased.
