大麻纤维产量和品质性状的配合力分析

选择9个不同来源的大麻近交系为材料作完全双列杂交,分析72个杂交F1代5个纤维产量和品质性状的配合力和遗传效应。结果表明,供试材料5个性状的一般配合力、特殊配合力(株高的除外)、反交效应均达极显著差异水平;同一性状各亲本间及同一亲本各性状间的一般配合力效应均差异明显;株高主要受加性基因控制,茎粗、分枝率、原麻产量和束纤维断裂比强度受加性基因和非加性基因共同控制;根据杂交子代一般配合力效应值和特殊配合力效应值,从72个杂交组合中初选B145×A001、A001×B198、A005×B111、B145×C197、B172×B198为优良杂交组合,A001、B111、B145和B198为优良亲本。...

Combining ability and the genetic effect of yield and quality of raw hemp in 72 F1 hybrids were studied,which was from the complete diallel cross of nine hemp varieties or inbred lines with different origin,according to the Griffing's method III.
