17个杂交兰及3个大花蕙兰品种的染色体研究

对引进的17个杂交兰及3个大花蕙兰品种进行了染色体数目及倍性分析。结果表明,杂交兰品种染色体倍性多样化程度较高,其中二倍体品种10个、占总数的58.8%,非整倍体品种5个、占总数的29.4%,三倍体品种较少(仅2个)、占总数的11.8%;3个大花蕙兰品种中有2个三倍体和1个四倍体。在二倍体杂交兰FG784和四倍体大花蕙兰DB918的4个杂交F1代个体中,发现3个三倍体和1个六倍体,表明在杂交兰和大花蕙兰的杂交过程中会出现染色体自然加倍的现象,由此可以获得倍性更高的杂交后代。...

Bibliography:Chromosome numbers and ploidy levels of 17 cultivars of hybrid Cymbidium and three cuhivars of Cymbidium hybridium were analyzed. The hybrid Cymbidium had high degree of chromosome ploidy diversity, among which 10 cuhivars was diploid (58.8%), five and two cuhivars were aneuploid (29.4%)and triploid (11.8%)respectively. Two triploid and one tetraploid in three cuhivars of C. hybridium were recorded. Three triploid and one hexaploid were found in the four hybrid F1 individuals generated from hybrid Cymbidium 'FG784'×C. hybridium 'DB91S' , suggesting that the chromosome of hybrid Cymbidium and C. hybridium would be double spontaneously during their cross breeding, and from which the new cultivars with higher ploidy level might be produced.
