特色油料植物星油藤对干旱胁迫的生理响应

以星油藤为材料,研究在干旱胁迫环境条件下,星油藤生理的变化规律,结果表明:随着干旱胁迫程度的加深及时间的延长,叶片相对含水量、叶水势、叶绿素含量逐渐降低,膜透性、MDA、可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量逐渐升高,质膜受到损害,可溶性蛋白含量呈从低到高的增加趋势,SOD活性呈从高到低的降低趋势。在干旱胁迫下,星油藤的生理指标互相协调作用,存在显著的相关关系。...

The physiological variation law of characteristic oil plant Plukenetia volubilis Linneo under the condition of drought stress was studied. The results showed that : when the extent of drought stress deepened ant its duration lengthened, the leaf relative water content, leaf water potential and leaf chlorophyll content of Plukenetia volubilis decreased gradually, the membrane permeabili- ty, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, soluble sugar content, and proline content increased gradually, the plasma membrane was damaged, the soluble protein content displayed a trend from low to high, and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) displayed a trend from high to low. Under drought stress, the physiological indexes of Plukenetia volubilis had a coordinating interaction, and there were certain signifieant correlations among these indexes.
