甘薯秧苗素质对块根分化建成和产量的影响

以淀粉型甘薯品种济徐23为材料,研究秧苗素质对块根分化建成和产量的影响。结果表明,与弱苗处理相比,壮苗处理的幼根发育早、发育好;壮苗处理的分化根中,初生形成层的活动能力更强,次生形成层分布范围广;栽植后20~30 d,壮苗处理显著提高了分化根中玉米素核苷(ZR)的含量;栽植后40 d,壮苗处理显著提高了分化根中脱落酸(ABA)的含量。在块根膨大期间,壮苗处理的块根膨大速率始终高于弱苗处理,而T/R值始终低于弱苗处理。与弱苗处理相比,壮苗处理单株结薯数增加17.53%,块根产量提高10.76%。...

Taken a starch sweetpotato varlety' Jixu 23 ' as tested material, the effect of its seedling quality on the forrna~on and yield of tuber root was studied.
