盐胁迫对紫甘薯光合特性及干物质积累的影响

以14个紫甘薯基因型(品系)为材料(徐薯28为对照),采用盆栽方法,分析评价盐胁迫对紫甘薯光合特性及干物质积累的影响。结果表明:Na Cl处理下,各基因型紫甘薯叶片的叶绿素含量指数(CCI)、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)表现出不同程度的降低;徐紫薯2号、徐紫薯6号和泰中11号块根鲜重高于CK;综合分析各项指标的(盐敏感指数)SSI得出耐盐性较强的紫甘薯品系为泰中11号和徐紫薯6号;耐盐性较弱的品系为商077-1和烟薯0747。...

Bibliography:The paper studied effect of salt stress on photosynheics and dry matter accumulation of 14 purple-sweetpotato cultivars( ‘Xushu28'as control) by the means of potting. The results showed that the leaf chlorophyll content index( CCI),net photosynthetic rate( Pn),stomatal conductance( Gs) and transpiration rate( Tr) decreased under the treatment of salt. The fresh weight of‘Xuzishu No. 6',‘Xuzishu No. 1'and‘Taizhong No. 11'was higher than CK. According to the salinily susceptibility index( SSI),the‘Taizhong No. 11'and‘Xuzishu No. 6'showed more tolerance against salt stress,but the‘Yanshu 0747'and‘Shang 077-1'were greatly impacted by salt.
