盆花包装机开袋机构设计与试验

为进一步提高现有盆花包装机的作业性能,针对现有盆花包装机开袋作业环节中存在负压吸盘吸附包装袋不稳定易脱落的问题,该文设计了增设钩袋装置的开袋机构,确定了负压吸盘、开袋运动装置和钩袋装置的主要结构参数,并对无钩袋开袋机构与有钩袋装置的开袋机构分别进行了开袋作业性能试验。试验结果表明:无钩袋开袋机构为保证作业成功率大于等于90%,开袋速度小于0.30 m/s;有钩袋装置开袋机构为保证作业成功率≥95%,当钩袋爪与吸盘的间距为2 mm、钩袋爪宽为4 mm时,开袋速度可提高到0.41 m/s,据此,可使盆花包装机整机作业生产率提高7.3%,生产率达到1 287盆/h。该研究结果为盆花包装机的开发提供重...
