硒肥和土壤类型对水稻硒吸收的影响
[目的]研究硒肥和土壤类型对水稻产量、品质及硒在稻株中分布的影响,为富硒稻米生产提供技术参考。[方法]在3种类型土壤(紫色土、青紫泥、小粉土)上,开展施用不同水平亚硒酸钠(0.50和1.00 mg/kg)的水稻盆栽试验,并以不施亚硒酸钠作对照处理,分析土壤硒形态、水稻各部位中硒积累特征的差异。[结果]不同土壤类型和施硒量均显著影响水稻土壤硒形态及水稻各部分硒的含量(P〈0.05,下同),与对照处理相比,水稻根、茎、叶、籽粒和颖壳各部位的硒含量均随着施用硒肥浓度的增加而显著增加。紫色土在外源施用硒条件下水稻各部位硒含量显著高于其他土壤,紫色土的转运吸收系数高达7.00-8.21,显著高于其他两个...
