云南烟区烤烟多酚含量特点分析

分析了国内云南、福建、贵州、河南等传统优质烟叶产区代表性烟叶样品多酚类物质含量,发现云南烟叶多酚总量高于其他烟区烟叶,其中上部烟叶和中部烟叶新绿原酸、莨菪亭和芸香苷含量高于其他烟区烟叶,下部烟叶芸香苷和山奈酚-3-芸香糖苷含量高于其他烟区烟叶。生态因子与多酚含量相关性分析表明,云南烟区海拔较高、移栽期平均气温较高、成熟前期平均气温和日照时数较低、成熟后期降雨量较大可能是导致云南烟叶多酚含量较高的原因。...

Yunnan ; Flue-cured tobacco; Polyphenol ; Analysis
Polyphenol content was compared between tobacco leaves from Yunnan, Fujian, Guizhou and Henan in this paper. The result showed that the total polyphenol content of tobacco leaf from Yunnan was higher than that from the other areas. Yunnan tobacco leaf had more neochlorogenie acid, scopoletin and rutin in upper and cutter leaf, while had more rutin and kaempferol-3-rutinoside in lower leaf. The correlation analysis between polyphenol content and ecological factors showed that the higher altitude, higher average temperature of transplanting period, lower average temperature and sunshine of early maturity period, and larger rain fall of late maturity period might be the reasons for higher polyphenol content in Yunnan tobacco leaf.
