不同灵芝菌株的农艺性状和药效成分特异性研究

为了满足四川地区芝农对灵芝主栽品种的选择要求,通过对5个灵芝菌株的栽培性状、子实体特性、多糖和三萜含量进行分析比较,筛选出最佳菌株。利用段木栽培,对灵芝子实体农艺性状进行差异分析,再结合子实体内多糖和三萜含量进行综合分析。结果表明,从菌丝长势来看,SLZ-32表现最佳,平均生长速度达到4.49 mm/d,菌丝外观浓密、整齐、洁白;从产量和子实体农艺性状来看,SLZ-78菌盖直径最大为15.79 cm,转化率最大达到1.32%,表现最好;SLZ-31多糖含量最高为2.45%,SLZ-32三萜含量最高为1.06%,综合子实体农艺性状、产量和药效成分筛选出SLZ-32为最佳菌株。芝农可以根据市场的不...

In order to meet the requirements of main varieties of Ganoderma lucidum in Sichuan area,through studing the cultivation characteristics,characteristics of fruiting bodies,polysaccharide and content of three terpene of Ganoderma lucidum strains,the best strains were screened out in the paper. The differences of agronomic characters of G. lucidum fruiting body were analyzed by the method of section wood cultivation,and then the contents of polysaccharide and three terpene were analyzed.
