美丽异木棉茎腐病病原菌分离与鉴定
从苗圃地采集美丽异木棉茎腐病样本,进行组织分离培养,致病性测定,采用形态学结合多基因(核糖体内转录间隔区、β-微管蛋白、几丁质合成酶、肌动蛋白、3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶)分子系统学的方法,对分离菌株进行鉴定,发现分离获得的炭疽菌与其他所有胶孢炭疽菌聚在一起,形成一个明显的分支,确定病原菌为胶孢炭疽菌Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz。...

Bibliography: | Stem rot Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Pathogen identification 51-1213/S A serious stem rot of Chorisia speciosa was found in tree nursery. The pathogen was isolated and incubated,pathogenicity tested.and was identified as Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz. through morphological and multtilous phylogenetic analysis( internal transcribed spaces,ITS; β-tubulin,TUB2; chitin synthase A,CHSⅠ; actin,ACT; glyceraldehydes-3-phosphate dehydrogenase,GPDH).
