不同除草剂施用下高粱芽苗生物学性状的响应
试验选取当前生产上较有代表性的高梁杂交种辽杂10号,辽杂11号为试材,采取沙土盆栽试验对乙草胺、莠去津、硝磺·莠去津、2,4-滴丁酯和莠去津乙草胺合剂5种除草剂(每种除草剂设3个浓度)对2个高粱的发芽率、成活率、芽苗株高、根系长度、地上部和地下部干重等指标进行了测定与分析,结果表明:乙草胺处理对高粱芽苗影响程度较大;莠去津胁迫下,生长基本没有受到大的影响,尽管在高浓度下生长出现了小幅度迟缓;硝磺·莠去津胁迫下的高梁幼苗地上部分发育受到一定阻碍,而根部5d后出现溃烂现象;在2,4-滴丁酯c1的胁迫下,播种后前5d出现发育迟缓;莠乙合剂胁迫下,2个品种生长缓慢或已停止生长,幼苗顶端出现溃烂现象。综...

Bibliography: | 51-1213/S This study selected the more representative current production of sorghum hybrids Liaoza 10, Liaoza 11 as test materials, using sand pot experiment with five kinds of herbicides, including acetochlor, atrazine, mesotrione · atrazine, 2,4-D and atrazine ester mixture with each set three concentration , measured and analyzed the germination rate, survival, sprout height, root length, shoot and root dry weight. The results showed that acetochlor had a large influence on sorghum. Atrazine stress had not been a big impact on basically growth of sorghum, although growth at high concentrations appeared slight retardation. Sorghum seedling development of aerial part by certain obsta- cles under the stress of mesotrione, atrazine, demonstrated root growth decay phenomenon at five days.
