Methods One hundred and twenty patients with thyroid surgery in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the group A and group B according to the random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The group A was given ketorolac tromethamine before operation, while the group B received dezocine before operation. The extubation time, recovery time, VAS and BCS scores at 1,2,4,8 h after extubation and the occurrence situation of adverse reac- tions such as nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, head ache and dizziness were compared between the two groups. Results The extuba- tion time and recovery time in the group A were significantly shor |
