The paper analyses the impact of farmers＇ specialized cooperative in promoting rural households＇ income by statistical methods and Probit Model,selecting 380 rural households in Yangling,Shaanxi Province as samples.The result shows that the average income of households who have joined the cooperatives is higher than that of ones who haven＇t joined the cooperatives with statistical significance.Cooperatives＇ facilitation to family income is closely related with the level of familydecision makers＇ human capital and agricultural specialization of the household.Specifically,the higher the level of human capital of the head of the family and agricultural specialization of the household are,the better the effect of facilitation is.
