The results showed that the Transactions of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering was at the core of all the agriculture engineering-related journals, and of remarkable impact in the agricultural engineering field. There was a large number of agriculture soil and water engineering-related journals in the key journals list of agriculture engineering, but the numbers of the journals on agricultural information and electrical technologies were small in the list of both the agriculture engineering-related journals and the key journals of agriculture engineering.
